Day 21 Witches at the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop

I made an ATC card
I used an image from Digital Delights
I added some Glitter color to the image but it dose not really show up in photo
I fussy cut the image and used foam tape to raise it off the card
The background paper is from Odd Ball art
I added the "Little Cat Witch" and a 3D witch hat
