Late night Creating!!!

Emmy finially fell asleep last night well after 10 PM, then I watched Sex& the city, and since I had to wake Hubby up at 3AM to open his store for Black Friday... I just stayed up all night!

But I was checking out Blogs and sales everywhere in the wee hours, I found this cute tag decoration, and I made me one..

Tink Time??

HUMMMM! I guess that would be the time between all other forces in MOM/ wife land? Right? Well whatever precious seconds I find to spend there, I LOVE IT!! Yep Tink Time is me... Just me ..at least while I am typing up something of intrest about or in my realm of Maddness! I managed to make some Yule gift tags today for a swap I am in at SCS, I even managed to make a card from a Cute Image I recieved today from the Image PIF on SCS!!

Now , I am sure that somewhere the TIME Gods are trying to set my time and space back on its true AXIS! after all How can a MOM have any xtra time??? Ya skip lunch!! Thats how! Right?

I took the afternoon Off today , Thanks to my mail lady who brought Tinkerbell to me directally from Net Flicks. I then loaded it into Emmy's DVD player all the way in her room and she sat and watched the little fairy's, so I got to play with my stamps! I made some cards.. It is a good day!!

One Highjacked Stamp!!

Today I got my rubber stamp order from Unity stamps, They have the Most beautiful stamps , you have to check them out

Anyway, Emmy openned the envelope and she dumped the stamps on the table and she left the envelope.. Well after checking I realized I did not have one stamp in the order it's a Beautiful Tree, so I called the girls at Unity, they are so nice, they said they were sending me out the stamp right away! Great right? WRONG!!!

I went into Emmy's room and there sitting on the shelf with her dolls... YEP my TREE!!!! OMG!!

I went to take it and Emmy yells "MY LIKE IT ,SIT'S MINE"

OK Then.. Now I E mail the girls back at Unity, tell them I found the Tree stamp but my 3 year old won't let me have it!!LOL!!

I got Emmy to sit and make a card with HER tree stamp..

She still has the stamp but now she has hid it somewhere! LOL. I will be ordering another one for ME. I cant take it from her, she just Loves it to much!!!

A Grateful Heart, I have today!!

I recieved a box in the mail today, and to my Delight its contence spilled over with the Love and kindness that were sewed into every cut patch and every stitched inch ! Jaye over at justamom, sent me a BEAutiful hand made (by her) quilt! My favorite color too.. Purples.... I LOVE it...She also included some Dora and Shrek toys and hair things for my Daughter Emmy!!

I Thank you from the bottom of my heart and will treasure this very special quilt forever... Take a look...

Trying to Scrap!!

With a 3 year old is like trying to shovel rain!! But I managed to get some cards done and un glue Emmy from her spot at the table!! LOL! She LOVES to scrap with me and play with all the markers, paper ,different glues... especially the Glue sticks!!

She does some nice pictures though...

After working 15 hours a day , This Wonderful man I married still finds time and energy to play with our Daughter. And on Sat. Night she wanted to dance! So Dance they did!! I am soo Blessed..

A Pink day!

We spent yesterday in R.I. at a Birthday party for two of my youngest Grand daughters! It was a Very Pink day!! Such fun they had , the 3 youngest little girl's trying soo hard to hit the pinyata and break it open to see the treasures inside,They Hit him on the head, they Hit him on the back, they swong and missed him, they swong and hit his tail, but still no goodies apeared! Finially Adrianna (the 5 year old B-day girl) went over and just ripped him open!! Too funny! They recieved a shower of tootsy rolls, chocolates and lolli pops, for all their hard work! Then 3 little girls passed out candy's to all the kids there.. They shared, without even being told too!! What amazing children they are!

I am soo very blessed ! We all had a WONDERFUL day... sharing!

It is with great pain I write this entry,
I posted a picture I recieved for Mothers day of my son's baby's ultra sound,
They lost him...
My son called, he got to hold his little boy for a while.. My heart is broken for him ,and for the Mom that will cry and ask "Why" but never get comfort from any answer.The hospital took baby pictures for them, Joel said the baby looks like he is just sleeping, My son named him Joel Jr. and he said he begged him to just wake up! OMG, I am in such hurt way down deep where a Mother hurts for her child, its not like any other kind of pain you feel, its a Mothers pain, When your child hurts the most unbareable hurt and you can't take it away!!!How can such total JOY in adopting Emmy transform into such pain in my grandson's still birth>????I take some comfort in knowing he is in Summerland, in the Goddesses arms, Goddess is a Mother too and she know's the pain Kena and Joel are in.... She will comfort.....

Emmy is now 3 Years old!!! How fast this time has gone bye, and OH how much we have been through in her so few years, But she has a Mommy and Pope that loves her ,and she is Home,
Looking back it seems like an eturnity since this journey started for us all and yet in a few short weeks (June 12) it will come to and end and a new beginning all in the same moment, with the bang of a Judge's Gavil... Emmy will be our Daughter!!!

I recieved a card from my youngest son with the first picture of my next Grand baby, due in August..

They don't know the sex yet... But I am already in love with this little person, this one makes 9 grand babys now!!

I also got the news that our final Adoption of Emmy is on June 12, 2008!!! YEA!! Finially she will legally be our Daughter....

A NEW HAT???

Aparently this is the way a 2 year old ( almost 3) uses a DORA potty seat! What can I say? She is too funny!!! She is sitting on her potty, I bought the Dora one to fit on the regular toilet, thinking maybe she would like it better then the potty chair!

Well, what can I say, she IS using Both!!! LOL.

Emmy dose what I am guessing millions of children out there do... She SCREAMS! She discovered she can do that and she has pretty much decieded that SHE LIKES IT!! I am sure if she applied her self, she could be an Opra singer, she sure can hit some of the highest Octives I have ever heard!

I am waiting for the day she screaches and my glasses start shatering!!LOL!

I have recieved several requests of late from people, all trying to help in the effort to SHUT her up.. I am NOT of the opinion that I should interfear with her ability to belt out such high notes. I look at this as a creative time for her and me too, she is learning the limits of her voice... I am learning to greatly extend the limits of my patients and both are good things to learn....

Looks like she is crying, don't it? Well she 's not, see how much Passion she put's into a SCREAM? How do I justify trying to stop that kind of passion?

Out on the Deck!!

Emmy and I spent the day outside on the deck, It is Beautiful out today.Emmy has a plant pot out there, so I gave her some seeds and she planted them ever so carefully. Then I gave her the watering can with some water in it, and she procieded to water her seed's...

And at the same time give the lady on the deck below us a SHOWER!!!

I forgot there are little spaces in the floor of my deck! OOPS!!!

Anyway Emmy had a ball and she got very very dirty!! LOL!

31 years ago at this time of day, I was waiting the birth of you, my only daughter.. I still remember every detale of that day very well. Back then they did not do ultra sounds, so your baby stayed a mystery till the moment of birth, then and only then did you know if you had a son or daughter.
