Ikes World Feb. Challenge

 The challenge this month is Anything goes with an option of Tic Tack Toe

For my DT card I used the image"Queen of Hearts  (Pre Colored) "

I added some distressed ink around the image to look like dried blood..

I added fabric for her garter, some die cut hearts and buttons

I added the sentiment
