Ikes world challenge #117 Anything Goes with an option of BLUE

For my DT card I used the image LUV Kitty
I colored with Prismacolor pencils and Glitter penI added the sentement and some foam hearts
I used Tim Holtz Black soot distressed ink around the edges
the paper is from Stephanie Barnard
