Patties Creations November Challenge 152

This months challenge is Birthday..
For my DT card I used the Bath time image from Patties Creations
I colored with Prismacolor pencils, Glitterpens and Copic markers.
The paper is from Recollections, I added the sentiment and some Balloons and thread
I used Tim Holtz distressed ink around the edges.
