Cold outside!
I used this cutie from Gerda Steiner designs, It may be Cold outside but she has her Coffee to keep her warm! I colored her with Prismacolor pencils and glitter pens and copic markers, The paper is from Recollections, I added the sentement from Limited runs and I added some gems and a bow.
