Birthday!
I used this image from Sasayaki Glitter, colored with Prismacolor pencils and glitter pens, The paper is from Recollections, I added googlies eyes and die cut balloons and twine, I am entering it into the challenge here..https://www.facebook.com/groups/1725571720999725/
