Tink time: Digis with Attitude challenge

This challenge is Make Raindrops on your project..

I colored with Prismacolor pencil's and Glitter pen's. I added a Lightenning bolt and rain drops.. She just looks like she's having a BAD day! LOL

The paper is from my stash. I added the sentament and a bow...
