Designed 2 Delight... Charmed..

As soon as I saw this image I knew what SHE needed! LOL

I colored with Prismacolor pencils and a glitter pen, the paper is American craft, I added Prima flowers and a brad.. some Googly eyes and made her lashes LONGER!! SEE her RED Nails...

Isn't She just FABULOUS!!!
